1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Business days: Monday – Friday (ex‑bank holidays).
  • Cut‑off: Orders confirmed before 15:00 UK time ship the same day; later orders ship next business day.
  • Warehouses:
    • Sweetener‑free drinks ship from our dedicated partner warehouse (tracked Royal Mail services).
    • All other items depart from our main UK distribution hub via DPD Local.
  • Packaging: Recyclable, plastic‑reduced materials wherever possible.

3. International Delivery

International shipping is temporarily paused while we streamline post‑Brexit duty handling. We’ll update this page once service resumes.

4. Click & Collect

Not currently offered – we’re working on it for later this year.

5. Tracking & Notifications

A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also view status any time in My Account › Orders.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Return window: 30 days from delivery.

Start a return in My Account › Orders or contact support for a label. Refunds are issued within 5 working days after the goods reach us.

Exclusions: Perishable/unsealed consumables and customised goods unless faulty.

7. Failed Deliveries

If the carrier cannot deliver you’ll receive SMS/email options to reschedule or collect from a pickup‑shop. Unclaimed parcels are returned to us after 7 days; re‑shipping incurs the original postage charge.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, labour disputes, utility outages, epidemics, governmental action or carrier network disruption). Where possible, we’ll notify you and offer updated delivery options or a full refund.
